20060908 Final 2.0.0 releases: Several bug fixes and updates. Added VoiceControl module to use your voice to control the lcars terminal. At this moment only the buttons are supported. Added MapData module, this module is used for the new 2.0 manual that is also now included. Bug fix: Alerter module is exited when exit the lcars terminal. Update: Padd email module now can custom ports for pop3/smtp Bug fix: error 53 bug in the explorer module when copying/renaming a file. Bug fix: error 13 bug in the padd/email module for own folders fixed. Updated: Some text descriptions in the security module. Updated: Delete button in the science module to remove a database item. Updated: Padd logbook search included so you can search for items. Bug fix: Science crashed at 800x600, now fixed. If there are more modules crashing in 800x600, please let me know so i can fix it.

20050425 RC1 Updated: Several bug fixes. Changed the registration routine. All 1.0.x users that bought the lcars terminal after 1 january 2004 will receive a free 2.0.x upgrade. Also the limit of the 1 year for the 2.0 keys is removed. Keys will just like the 1.0.x registration for all 2.0.x versions.

20040621 Updated: Bug Fixed: Padd now you can delete log entries. Bug Fixed: Explorer now you can copy/move/shortcut to the root of a harddisk/device. Bug Fixed: Shell is now having 5 different times. When you press with the right button on the time on the rightbottom then it will change the time to another time layout. The last 2 are stardates. I'm planning to include more time layouts.

20040531 Updated: 800x600 support added. Bug Fixed: A lot of 380 runtime errors removed. Bug Fixed: ScreenSaver mode now works and doesn't give an error and exit. Bug Fixed: secure smtp is now working.

20040425 Updated: Science: Bug Fixed: Wav filename was displayed on new items that didn't had sounds. Layout: New shell layout that was made by MrNerdHair. Many thanks for this fine job !!! GENERAL: This was the last mayor beta. I hope all bugs are now removed. I'm started with the support of more screen modes so that will be included in the next release candidate of the 2.0! Also the SHELL will be a extra module that will be included in the final 2.0 version. But will not be a FINAL. This because it will not work on all computers. On some it works fine and on others it work not fine.

20040315 Updated: PADD: Update: You can change the directories where the padd is saving the logbook, todo and notes. So it is now possible to change it into a folder for example to sync with a pocketPC so you can create and edit the logbook,notes and todo items and then sync them. PADD: update: When receiving email with the Do NOT DELETE on host enabled messages were always received. Now the message id's are stored in a file so messages are only received once.

20040314 Updated: PADD: Bug fixed: When sending email with an , in the to/from field it was not send. PADD: Updated: CC and BCC is now working. PADD: Updated: When messages are send then they are only moved to the send items directory when the message is deliverd. Also when sending the message and it is not successfull it will be displayed in the send/receive window. SCIENCE: Updated: Multiple wav file support. Also it is now possible to play the current wav file again via the new play button. If you want to use multiple wav files it works exact the same as the multiple pictures/movies. If the text file is called seven.txt then the first wavfile is called seven.wav and if you want more you can call them seven-1.wav, seven-2.wav, seven-3.wav

20040228 Updated: SHELL: Bug fixed: Startup/Exit bug fixed. When you minimized or exit the terminal with the shell on, then it was not started again. This should be fixed now. Thanks to Ralf Voepel for his bugreport about the registry!

20040215 Updated: PADD: Bugfix: SMTP routines rewritten and replaced by new routines. I hope this will solve the send email bug. Science: You can scroll with the mouse/keyboard in the listboxes and itemtext.

20040114 Updated: New: Added the debug routines. It is only in the padd for sending/receiving email and in the shell module. All users that have problems with the send/receive and shell can enable the debug option in the security module. Then a debug.txt is saved in the directory where you installed the Lcars Terminal. Please email that file to me and i will try to figure out where it goes wrong.

20040105 Updated: Bug Fixed: All, transparant routine only worked on win2000 and above. So i have included the old routine for win 95/98/me. Because of this routines you need 32bit display else the corners are purple instead of transparant. Bug Fixed: Padd, sending multiple emails was not working. Now you can use the ADDRESS button to select multiple receipents from the addressbook. Added Feature: Padd, forwarding email is now working and the address buttons for the to,cc and bcc field are now working. Bug Fixed: Padd, when saving an attachment the sort display name was used instead of the real filename. Now it is saving the real filename instead of the short name.

20031229 Updated: Bug Fixed: All, Transparant routine bug fixed. Now also with screens that don't have 32bit colors on the strange PINK colors are transparant. Bug Fixed: Security, Requester added to select programs and arguments for the all buttons. Now it is easier to change the custom buttons. Bug Fixed: Terminal, Fixed the problem with minimizing the terminal the taskbar exits and restore the terminal the taskbar was not starting.

20031130 Updated: BUG Fixed: Copyright updated to 2004 in the about box. BUG Fixed: Desktop picture changed to MAIN PANEL in the explorer module. Improved: Padd module is checking or the dhtmled.ocx is installed, if not it will give a message to install it. Improved: Science module has now the option when importing/exporting packages to install/export more packages after each other instead of one and then have to press the import/export button again to import/export another one.

20031128 Updated: BUG Fixed: When leaving the LCARS Terminal the taskbar wasn't unloading. BUG Fixed: When starting the LCARS Terminal always the taskbar was loaded. Even when not selected in the Security module. BUG Fixed: Exporting Database files was not working correctly. IMPROVED: Text messages in the Email module are now converted to HTML and hyperlinks (urls) are now converted to clickable links.

Warning If you get a lot of Errormessages about the MCI multimedia stuff, go to the security module and turn OFF the multiple sounds. This should be normal set to OFF but i forgot about it and it is included wrong in the setup. In the next beta's it will be included correctly.
